User Conduct
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, our services by any third party. You agree not to upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
Intellectual Property
You acknowledge that all content and materials available on our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, are the property of TCSA or its content suppliers and are protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
